Academics – Teaching and Administration
40 years of experience in the field of school education. For 4 years, he has been Academics, Academic Audit, Training and Research Consultant of Jain Group of Institutions (HQ at Bangalore), and Center for Professional Development, Hyderabad. He taught English
(Communicative) in CBSE stream for 34 years (1984-2018) in prestigious schools in Hyderabad and Vijayawada. Besides teaching, he held various administrative positions such as Head of the Department, Academics In-charge and Vice Principal. During his tenure in the teaching he also edited the school magazines and journals. He also held the positions like House Master and Staff Secretary.
Besides, mainstream teaching experience, he has 20 (1998-2018) years of teaching English experience for CAT, GRE, CRT, TOEFL, IELTS and other competitive examinations. He gave ‘Guest Lectures’ on different topics related English Language and Communication to the
students of Engineering, Management, Education and Degree courses. He worked on an Educational Project as Vice President for four years (2009 to 2013). During the Project period, he visited nearly 40 very reputable Educational Institutions to study the best practices followed there

Courses and Content Writing
He has worked on a prestigious project – Native Speech TM licensed by Carnegie Mellon University, USA in the areas of Material Production and Training. He is also writing Textbooks for JGI Group and Jain Sports School, Bangalore. He reviewed the ‘Pentacle’ Series of EVS
Textbooks published by Pearson Education, India. He has designed three specialty training programs – ‘Interview Readiness Program’ for UG
and PG students, SPASHT Professional English Course and ‘Right Write – Written English Course’ for students and employees. He gives training in ‘Communication and Presentation Skills Program’ for employees.

CBSE Assignments
He worked on different committees. He was a member of Curriculum Implementation Study Project run by CIEFL, CBSE and British Council (1995-1999). He prepared materials for the Project. He worked in different capacities such as Center Superintendent, Observer, Head
Examiner and Associate CNS for CBSE Examinations. He was on the Paper Setters Committee of CBSE for AISSE. He is a member of ELTAI and IATEFL. He is a Trained Resource Person for Classroom Evaluation under CBSE’s ‘Interact in English Project’. He is a Trained Nodal Teacher for Adolescence Education Program of MHRD & CBSE. He has training in Life Skills in School Education. He is CBSE Qualified Peer Assessor for School Quality Assessment and Accreditation. He has training in Curriculum Planning and Development.

Teacher Training
He has been the Resource Person in ELT and General Pedagogy for Oxford University Press, India and Harper Collins, India and Pearson Education from 2008 and has conducted over 250 Teacher Training Workshops so far.

Editorial Experience
He writes and edits magazine articles and authored books (Published by ICFAI University;
Kondaveeti Foundation) besides translations. He edited ‘Swarna Sedyam’ an Agricultural Bilingual Monthly Magazine from 1997 to 2014, (It received accolades from the renowned Agricultural Scientist, Dr. M S Swaminathan).
One of his Translation works has been accepted for dedication and was released by Bharatha Ratna Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Ji.

Web Content Writing
He wrote content for the websites of- Sri Padmavathi Amma Varu Temple (TTD, Tiruathi) in 2001; VP Siddhartha Public School, Vijayawada (Siddhartha Academy) in 2006.

National Award
He was awarded ‘Nation Builder Award 2015’by Rotary International.
